Job Title: Chief Executive Associate and Head of Implementation

Location: York-based (Hybrid), with UK travel

Type: Full-time | Permanent | Flexible hours

  • REALM 47 - a strategic, high-growth property investment agency and consultancy - is looking for a sharp, organised, and tech-savvy powerhouse to support the growing company and Founder.

    You'll split your time between high-level executive support (diary, meetings, comms, reporting) and strategic implementation (research, project planning, systems rollouts). This is a pivotal role that keeps the Founder & CEO focused and the business moving forward.

    You might be the one if you're:

    • Already using AI daily to boost speed and output

    • Obsessively organised, deeply curious, and take full ownership

    • Equally comfortable building a dashboard or booking a flight

    • Not just a thinker - but a doerDescription text goes here

    • Provide direct executive support to the Founder - diary, meetings, inbox, and follow-ups

    • Lead implementation of key projects across growth initiatives, new services, and internal ops

    • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and execution

    • Design and optimise systems using tools like Asana, GDrive, Airtable, and AI platforms

    • Track business priorities and ensure delivery across timelines and teams

    • Build and run performance dashboards and operational reports

    • Scope and support new service lines, divisions, and operational models

    • Help onboard new hires and improve team-wide systems

    • Collaborate across teams, partners, and platforms to drive executionDescription text goes here

  • You'll bring previous experience working in executive support, operations, or strategy. You're proactive, systems-minded, and comfortable juggling detail and big-picture thinking in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

    • ~10 years in EA, strategy, ops, or founder support roles

    • Proven experience managing execs, systems, and strategic projects

    • Confident with tools like GDrive, Asana, Zapier, Airtable, Dubsado

    • Excellent communicator with top-tier written English

    • Passionate about growth, quality, and meaningful responsibility
