  • joining the clubhouse constitutes the acceptance of the Terms contained herein, and any specific terms governing the Programme;

  • REALM 47 reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the clubhouse in any way at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Terms and any specific terms governing the clubhouse periodically;

  • REALM 47 may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any investors participation in the clubhouse for breach of these Terms or any specific terms governing the clubhouse, for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of the clubhouse, or for acting in an inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, dishonest, or potentially fraudulent or dishonest manner;

  • any decision REALM 47 makes relating to termination or suspension of any investors participation in the clubhouse shall be final and binding in all respects
