Sara’s main role is company development and business growth, her focus is on strategic partnerships, new and existing relations with national and international clients, innovation and deal analysis.

Prior to joining REALM 47 as the Hull Brokerage Partner, Kim Raines built a robust investment portfolio and founded The Online Landlord Lettings and Management Company. These accomplishments provided her with deep insights into the Hull property market, forming the foundation of her expertise. Kim’s hands-on approach and unwavering commitment to excellent customer service have been instrumental in driving the rapid growth of the Hull brokerage. Now leading REALM 47’s brokerage activities in Hull, Kim specialises in sourcing exceptional properties for discerning clients and offering strategic advice to property owners looking to sell.

Sam holds a first-class honours degree in business management and has over a decade of commercial and marketing expertise. Specialising in client experience, lead generation, and campaign management, she has a proven track record of delivering impactful results. With extensive experience in managing multiple projects, Sam plays a key role in supporting all divisions within the REALM 47 Group. She is central to driving operational efficiency, sales support and delivering marketing campaigns, with responsibilities spanning property portfolio management, client communication, team administration, and the onboarding of sellers and properties.
